Strawberry Bread

      3 c  Flour
      2 c  Sugar
      1 ts Baking soda
      1 ts Cinnamon
      1 ts Salt
     20 oz Strawberries, frozen*
      1 c  Oil
      4    Eggs
*Thawed and mashed or finely chopped.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.  Combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; mix well.  In a separate bowl, mix together the strawberries, oil and eggs.  Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and pour the strawberry mixture into the well.  Mix with a big spoon.  Pour mixture into pans and bake for about an hour, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
