Sweet and Spicy Shrimp

Steam 2 pounds peeled and deveined medium shrimp.
In a large bowl, whisk 3/4 cup lime juice, 1/4 cup honey, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 3/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper and 1 teaspoon salt to blend. Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Arrange shrimp on a platter. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons chopped green onions. Serve warm or at room temperature. Do-Ahead Tip Steam the shrimp and make the sauce up to 1 day ahead of time. Toss the shrimp in the sauce and sprinkle with green onions just before serving.
