Cottage
Cheese Salad
1 med. cottage cheese, small curd
1
pkg orange Jell-O (3 oz)
1 sm can mandarin orange, drained,
segments cut in half
1 sm can crushed pineapple (set juice
aside)
1 - 8 oz cool whip
Sprinkle dry Jell-O
over cottage cheese; mix in mandarin oranges and
pineapple. If on dry side, add pineapple juice, a little
at a time until moistened. Fold in cool whip,
refrigerate.
