Cranberry Relish II
1 (3-ounce) package
lemon gelatin
1 (3-ounce) package orange gelatin
1 (3-ounce) package
strawberry gelatin
5 cups hot water 1 cup sugar
1 cup orange
juice
1 tart green apple, peeled cored and ground
1/2 cup orange
peel (no pith), ground
1 (12-ounce) package fresh or frozen
cranberries, ground
Dissolve gelatins in hot water. Add sugar and
orange juice, stirring to mix well.
Use food grinder or processor to
grind apple, orange and cranberries. Add to the gelatin mixture and stir
until mixed.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serves
