CARAMEL CANDY POP CORN


8 cups popcorn, popped
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
6 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Combine all ingredients, excluding popcorn and melt. Mix and cook for 5 minutes. Pour melted mixture over popcorn and coat all popcorn well. Put popcorn into a baking pan and cook at 300 degrees for 5 minutes and then stir-repeat 2-3 times. Take popcorn out of oven-let cool and serve.
