Bob Evans' Coconut Cream Pie


9 oz vanilla pudding 
5 oz cool whip 
4 1/2 cups milk 
1 1/2 cups coconut 
1/2 cup toasted coconut 
2 baked pie shells 

Mix first 4 items. Pour in baked pie shells and top with toasted coconut. Chill. 

Makes 2 pies.
