Chicken Sandwich 1981 like Big Boy's

Ingredients

6 chicken breasts, flatten with meat hammer
Coating for Big Bucket in Sky Fried Chicken
Onion Rolls
Mayonnaise
Lettuce
Tomato, sliced

Bone 6 chicken breasts; flatten with meat hammer. Dip in water, then in our chicken coating for Big Bucket in Sky Fried Chicken. Sautee till browned. Transfer to shallow baking pan and bake loosely covered in foil at 375 °F –about 30 minutes or till you cut into thickest part and meat is milky white and juices run clear not pink. Toast cut sides of onion rolls. Brush with mayonnaise, line with lettuce and sliced tomato. Add a breaded chicken breast piece to fit and serve promptly.
