Whole Chicken Recipe
3 lb whole chicken 1/2 c chicken broth 2
carrots, sliced 2 celery stalks with leaves 2 onions,
sliced 2 tsp salt 1 tsp basil 1/2 tsp black pepper
1. Put carrots, celery and onions into the bottom of the
crock pot. Add a whole chicken.
2. Add salt, pepper, and
chicken broth. Top with basil.
3. Cover and cook on low 8 to
10 hours.
