WEST COAST PILAF
2 pounds ground chuck 2-1/2 cups water 2
(8 oz) cans tomato sauce 1 green pepper, diced 4 garlic
cloves, minced 1 onion, diced 2 teaspoons salt 1/2
teaspoon pepper 3/4 cup ripe olives, chopped 1-1/2 cups long
grain rice
Brown ground chuck in skillet, drain well. Put all
items in Crock Pot, stir well. Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours, or 3
hours on high.
