Tex Mex Style Crock Pot Chicken
Ingredients: 4 large Boneless
Chicken Breasts 1 large Onion(chopped) 1/2 pound Cheddar
Cheese 1 can Cream Of Chicken Soup 1 pinch Garlic Salt 1
teaspoon Chili Powder 1 small Chili Pepper(chopped) 1/2
teaspoon Pepper 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup 1 can Rotel
Tomatoes
Directions: 1. Lightly
brown chicken breasts in a pan. 2. Cut into bite sized pieces.
Place chicken in the bottom of your crock-pot. Add onion, cheddar
cheese and cream of chicken soup. 3. Sprinkle with garlic salt,
chili powder, pepper and chile. Add cream of mushroom soup and
tomatoes. 4. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or on high
for 4 to 6 hours. Serve with tortilla chips and sour
cream.
