Southwestern Beef
Soup
1 lb. round steak cut into cubes (can brown this
first, but I just dump it in) 1 can black beans, juice and
all 2 cups frozen corn OR 1 can corn, juice and all 2 cans
Rotel tomatoes (I use one regular and one chunky style) 1 packet
Lipton Onion Soup 1-2 tbs. chili powder 2 cups water (can add
more if needed during cooking)
Place all ingredients
in crockpot. Stir the ingredients to mix. Cook for 1 hour on high
and then at least 4 hours on low. Servings: 8
