Sweet
and Tangy Pork
3 large pork
steaks salt and pepper 2 medium onions, chopped 2 celery
stalks, chopped 1 green pepper, sliced 2 cans (14 1/2 oz)
stewed tomatoes 1/2 cup ketchup 1 tablespoon cider vinegar 2
tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce 1
tablespoon lemon juice 2 beef bouillon cubes 1 can corn,
drained 1 cup instant rice
Sprinkle pork with salt and
pepper. Place in crock pot. Add the onions, celery, green pepper,
and tomatoes. Combine ketchup, vinegar, sugar, worcestershire,
lemon juice and boillon. Pour over and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
Add corn and rice, cook one more hour.
