Sausage Pasta Sauce with Spaghetti
6 italian sausage
links -- cut into 1" pieces 1 cup finely chopped onions 3
tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves 1 teaspoon
dried oregano leaves 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 garlic cloves --
minced 1 28 ounce can Progresso Crushed Tomatoes --
undrained 1 15 ounce can tomato sauce 1 12 ounce can tomato
paste 24 ounces uncooked spaghetti
In 3 1/2 to 4 quart
slow cooker, combine all ingredients except spaghetti; mix well.
Cover; cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours. Skim and
discard fat, if desired.
About 30 minutes before serving,
cook spaghetti to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain.
Serve sauce over spaghetti.
