Crockpot Beef Pot Roast
INGREDIENTS: 1 pot
roast, lean chuck, top round, 2 1/2 to 4 pounds 1 can (15
ounces) diced stewed tomatoes 1 1/2 tablespoons Wyler's Shakers™
(beef bouillon w/French onion seasoning) or beef bouillon
granules
PREPARATION:
Combine all
ingredients in the crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 9 to 11
hours, or until beef is tender. Salt and pepper to taste. Potatoes
and cabbage complement this dish well. This easy recipe for pot
roast serves 4 to 6.
