DILL-LEMON
CHICKEN
1 cup fat-free sour
cream 1 TBSP fresh dill, minced 1 tsp lemon pepper
seasoning 1 tsp lemon zest 4 boneless,skinless chicken breast
halves
1. Combine sour cream, dill, lemon pepper, and lemon
zest in a small bowl. Spoon one-fourth of the sour cream-lemon-dill
mixture into bottom of slow cooker. 2. Arrange chicken breasts on
top in a single layer. 3. Pour remaining sauce over chicken.
Spread evenly 4. Cover. Cook on low 3-4 hours or until juices run
clear.
