Country Casserole
1 to 1 1/2 pounds country sausage 4 medium
potatoes, sliced 1 medium onion, sliced into rings 1 large can
whole kernel corn 1 large can whole tomatoes, mashed salt and
pepper 1 teaspoon sugar green pepper rings,
optional
Layer ingredients in order with sausage on bottom
making 2 layers. Top with tomatoes, sprinkle with sugar, salt and
pepper. Cook 6 to 8 hours on low in crockpot.
