Worcestershire Sauce

Ingredients:

1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Bottled grated orange peel
2 tablespoons Heinz ketchup
2 tablespoons Heinz chili sauce

Directions:

Combine in a saucepan. Bring to the boil Cook at the boil, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes Remove from heat; cool to lukewarm Puree in a blender Bottle and cap. Refrigerate
