Versailles Restaurant's Orange And Avocado Salad

Ingredients:

6 cups Tightly packed torn curly leaf lettuce
1 1/2 cup Fresh orange sections
3/4 cup Chopped peeled avocado
1 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoons White wine vinegar
3 tablespoons Water
1/4 teaspoon Hot pepper sauce

Directions:

Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl, and toss gently to mix.

Combine sugar and the next 5 ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a whisk until blended.

Pour over salad; toss gently to coat.
