Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients:

1/2 cup parsley, stems removed
5 green onions trimmed but leaving some of the greem stems on
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
6 anchovy fillets, drained
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
2 cups good quality mayonnaise
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sour crream
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender, process until smooth. Refrigerate and let the flavors blend before serving.
