TOMATOES Seal and process
in hot water bath for 10 minutes.
1 gallon ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 large
green bell peppers, chopped
8 hot peppers, chopped
3/4 cup
vinegar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons salt
Mix
together and cook 45 minutes. Put in hot sterilized jars.
