Pepper Jelly
3/4 cup ground bell pepper
1/4 cup ground
hot pepper
1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
6 1/2 cups sugar
1 [6oz.]
bottle Certo
Mix sugar, vinegar, and salt stir thoroughly-let stand
while you prepare the peppers. Remove seeds from the peppers. Use food
blender to grind the peppers fine. Measure pepper and pepper juice. if you
want jelly hotter use more hot pepper and less bell pepper.Add the cup of
pepper to the mixture of vinegar and sugar. Bring to a rolling boil.
Continue boiling for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add Certo and stir
well. Pour into sterilized jars and seal. good mixed with cream cheese.
Eat with crackers, chips.
