Green Pepper
Relish
18 green peppers
6 red peppers
12 medium sized
onions
2 cups sugar
4 tablespoon salt
1 quart of
vinegar
Chop peppers and onions or put through a food grinder.
cover with boiling water and let stand for 5 minutes. Drain Add sugar ,
salt and vinegar. Boil for 20 minutes. Put in jars and seal. This relish
will keep indefinitely.
