FUDGE
1 1/2 c White
sugar 1 c Brown
sugar 1/2 c Corn
syrup 3/4 c
Water 1 pn Of
salt 1 Egg
white 1 ts Of vanilla and
almond -flavouring
Cook together until dissolved then uncover and cook to
hard ball stage (265F.). Add salt and let stand while you beat 1 egg
white. Add vanilla and almond
flavouring if desired. Beat until candy stands in peaks. Drop by teaspoon on waxed
paper.
