Skillet Peach Cake ¼ cup butter ¾ cup brown sugar 1 cup chopped nuts 1 cup sliced peaches 2 eggs ¼ teaspoon salt 1 cup sugar ½ cup milk 1 tablespoon melted butter 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup flour 1 teaspoon baking powder Melt butter in a 9-inch skillet. Add brown sugar, nuts and peaches. Beat eggs, adding salt and sugar. Then add milk, butter and vanilla and mix. Blend flour with baking powder. Add to batter.
