Kahlua Coffee
Cake
1 c. butter 2 beaten eggs 1 1/2 c sugar 1 tsp
baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 2 c flour 1 c Kahlua 1
tsp vanilla extract 1 c sour cream
Topping: 1/2 c
sugar, additional 1/2 c chopped nuts 1 tsp
cinnamon
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, Kahlua and sour
cream. Mix well, Add vanilla, add dry ingredients and mix well.
Pour half of the batter in a greased 8x12 inch pan. For the
topping, mix 1/2 cup of sugar, chopped nuts and cinnamon.
sprinkle some over the batter, then pour the rest of the batter.
Sprinkle the remaining topping mixture over the top of the cake.
Bake 45-60 minutes at 350
degrees.
