Kahlua White Russian Cheese
Cake
1-1/2 pounds.
cream cheese...softened 1/4 Cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1
teaspoon vanilla extract 4 eggs 1/4 Cup Kahlua 2 T.
Vodka 1 c. sour cream 1 c. shredded coconut
....toasted
Use carmelnut crust or Kahlua Cherry Sauce: See
below for recipes
For Inside the Crust Beat cream cheese
until smooth...beat in sugar- salt - vanilla...add eggs- 1 egg at a
time beating well after each.Stir in Kahlua -Vodka.. Drink a little
to make sure it is still good...lol...
Pour into crust. Toast
coconut on baking sheet.. Let set on baking sheet...set
aside
Heat oven at 350 degrees F. Bake 45 minutes....cool 5
minutes.
Stir sour cream- spread over cake. Sprinkle with
toasted coconut on top .
Serve with Kahlua Cherry Sauce

Caramel Nut Crust In skillet over low heat ..stir 3
T. butter with 3 T. sugar. Add 1 T. Kahlua. Heat and stir 2 minutes
adding 1/2 cup chopped pecans and 1/2 cup graham craker crumbs. Cool
alittle..but still warm press in even layer in bottom of a 9 inch
spring form pan.
Kahlua Cherry Sauce
1-19 oz. can pitted dark sweet cherries in syrup- reserving
syrup...mix cherries with 1 T. Kahlua and 1 T. Vodka ...
In a
saucepan mix 2 T. each of sugar and cornstarch with dash of
salt...stir in syrup and 1 T. lemon juice... cook and stir continual
until boiling - thick and clear. Add cherry mixture... cool Pour
into the crust
