MAKE A CRUST BY COMBINING:

1 CUP CHOPPED PEANUTS
1ST LAYER
1 STICK MARGARINE
1 CUP FLOUR
BLEND THE INGREDIENTS AND PRESS THEM INTO 9 X 13 PAN. BAKE IN 300 OVEN FOR 20 MINUTES. ALLOW CRUST TO COOL WHILE YOU MIX 2ND LAYER.

2ND LAYER:
8 OZ. PACKAGE CREAM CHEESE (SOFTENED)
1 CUP POWDERED SUGAR
1/2 CUP PEANUT BUTTER
1 CUP FROZEN WHIPPED TOPPING
SPREAD ON COOLED CRUST

3RD LAYER:
BLEND 1 SMALL PACKAGE EACH: INSTANT CHOCOLATE & INSTANT VANILLA PUDDING
INTO 2 1/2 CUPS COLD MILK. MIX FOR A FEW SECONDS & SPREAD IT ON THE SECOND LAYER.
4TH LAYER:
SPREAD THE PUDDING MIXTURE WITH 1 1/2 CUPS OF FROZEN WHIPPED TOPPING.
DRIZZLE THE FOURTH LAYER WITH CHOCOLATE SYRUP & SPRINKLE WHOLE THING WITH 1/2 CUP CHOPPED PEANUTS.
REFRIGERATE FOR AT LEAST 1 HOUR BEFORE SERVING.
