Lollipop Cupcake Garden Ingredients 1 box yellow or chocolate cake mix 1 can chocolate frosting 1 pkg, Oreos®, crushed 24 lollipops garnish mint leaves Directions Following directions on cake mix box, make cupcakes. Let cool on a baking rack. Frost cupcakes and coat with crushed Oreos. Place a lollipop in center of the cupcake and garnish “root” of lollipop with 1 mint leaf.
