Lemonade
Party Cake
Ingredients 1 package (18 ounces)
lemon cake mix 1/2 can (12 ounces) frozen lemonade, thawed
3/4 cup powdered sugar Whipped Fluffy White Ready-to-Spread
Frosting Yellow sugar, if
desired
Directions: Preheat oven to 350
degrees. Mix cake according to directions and bake in 9x13 pan. Cool
15 minutes. Stir together lemonade and powdered sugar. Poke top of
warm cake every 1/2 inch with long tined fork. Drizzle lemonade
mixture over all. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Spread frosting
over top of cake and sprinkle yellow sugar on top. Store covered in
refrigerator.
