Bake 9 x 13 inch cake tin for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees. FROSTING: 1/2 c. butter 1 lg. cream cheese 1 1/3 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Beat together. Frost and sprinkle with walnuts.
