German Apple Cake 2 cups flour 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp.soda 1/2 tsp. salt 2 eggs 1 cup oil 1 tsp. vanilla 2 cups sugar 4 cups raw apples, peeled and chopped fine 1 cup nuts Prepare apples. Mix together remaining ingredients. Add apples. Pour into a prepared 9 x 13 pan and bakes at 350° for 40-45 minutes.
