Banana Sour Cream
Cake
2 cups Sugar 1 cup Oil 4
Eggs 2 cups Banana -- mashed 2 teaspoons Vanilla 1 cup Sour
cream 4 cups Flour 2 teaspoons Baking powder 2 teaspoons
Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon Salt 1 cup Nuts -- chopped 1/2 cup
Sugar 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Cream sugar, oil, add eggs,
beat. Add mashed bananas, vanilla, sour cream. Add flour, baking
powder, soda and salt. Mix filling ingredients and set aside. In
a greased and floured tube or bundt pan, put 1/3 of the batter, a
layer of filling and repeat until all batter and filling have been
used. Bake 350 degrees for 40 to 45 min.
