8-Way Cake
1 cake mix* 1 C. sour cream 1/2 C. oil
4 eggs 1 (4 serving) box instant pudding* 1 C. baking
chips* 1 t. extract (optional)
Mix all ingredients
except chips with an electric mixer for 3 minutes. Bake in a
greased & floured Bundt or tube pan at 350° for 50 minutes. Cool
10 minutes in pan; remove to rack to cool completely. Glaze with
a powdered sugar glaze if desired. Flavor Combinations:
1~ Butterscotch- Yellow cake mix / butterscotch chips /
butterscotch instant pudding
2~ Chocolate- Devil's food
cake mix / chocolate chips / chocolate instant pudding
3~ Swiss chocolate- Swiss chocolate cake mix / milk
chocolate chips / milk chocolate instant pudding

Chocolate mint- Devil's food cake mix / mint chocolate chips /
chocolate instant pudding / peppermint extract
5~ German
chocolate- German chocolate cake mix / semisweet chocolate chips /
chocolate instant pudding / vanilla extract
6~ Chocolate
peanut butter- Chocolate cake mix / peanut butter chips /
chocolate instant pudding
7~ Lemon- Lemon cake mix /
vanilla chips / lemon instant pudding / vanilla extract
8~ Pina Colada- Pineapple cake mix / vanilla chips / coconut
cream instant pudding / coconut extract
