Autumn
Pumpkin Bunt Cake
Ingredients: 1 Yellow Duncan
Hines cake mix. 3/4 cup sugar. 1 cup pumpkin. 1 teaspoon
cinnamon. 4 eggs. 1/2 cup salad oil. 1/4 cup water.
dash of nutmeg
Directions: Combine
all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Beat 5 min. with electic
mixer. Bake in a greased and floured bunt pan at 350 degrees
about 35 mins. or until done FROST with: Cream Cheese
Frosting I also add crushed Pineapple (WITHOUT juice to Frosting at
times!)
