Warm Pasta
Salad With Goat Cheese
- 2 Medium Shallots -- chopped
- 4 Cloves Garlic -- chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Bunch Arugula
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 Pound Small Pasta Shells
-- cooked
- 1/3 Cup Goat Cheese
- 1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley
-- chopped
While pasta is still warm, toss
with both cheeses so that they will melt. Saute shallots and garlic
in oil. toss with pasta and remaining ingredients and
serve. |
