Corba (Cabbage Soup)
2 Cans Beans -- Any Kind
3 Large Potato -- Chopped
1 Pound Sauerkraut
1 Pound Smoked Pork -- Chopped
4 Cups Beef Stock
Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
2 Tablespoons Flour
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
5 Tablespoons Yogurt
Saute pork, potatoes and garlic
in oil for 10 minutes. Add flour and stir in well. Saute until flour
turns golden about 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper, sauerkraut and
broth. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add beans and simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in yogurt and serve. |
