Tuna Steaks
With Mixed Mushrooms
8 Oz Mushrooms -- sliced
4 Oz Shiitake Mushrooms --
sliced
4 Medium Tuna Steaks
1 Teaspoon Dried Rosemary
Salt And Pepper -- to taste
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
1 Clove Garlic
1/2 Teaspoon Marjoram
1/2 Cup White Wine
2 Tablespoons Parsley --
chopped
Sprinkle tuna with rosemary,
salt and pepper. Add half oil and butter to large pan. Add tuna and
cook 2 mintues on each side. Remove and set aside. Add remaining
butter and oil. When hot add mushrooms, garlic, marjoram, salt and
pepper. Cook 10 minutes. Add wine and parsley, bring to simmer cook
1 minutes. Return tuna to skillet. Baste with mushroom sauce. then
cook as below |
