Thai Grilled Pork

  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Sprigs Cilantro
  • 10 White Peppercorns
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 10 Ounces Pork
  • 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 3 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
  • 6 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 2 Medium Red Shallots -- finely chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 Tablespoons Cilantro
  • Combine everything before the pork. marinate pork in this overnight. grill or broil pork until done about 10 minutes. serve bite size with chili lime juice sauce. to make sauce combine remaining ingredients in bowl and use for dipping pork.
