Tex Mex Pizza

  • 2 Large Pizza Crust
  • 1 Pound Chorizo -- crumbled
  • 2 Cans Pizza Sauce
  • 1 Can Black Beans
  • 1 Small Red Bell Pepper -- finely chopped
  • 1 Large Jalapeno -- finely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Cilantro -- finely chopped
  • 3 Cups Monterey Jack Cheese -- grated
  • 1/2 Cup Salsa
  • Cook chorizo until brown. Drain fat. Spread tomato sauce over crusts. Sprinkle with chorizo, black beans, bell pepper, jalapeno and cilantro. Top with cheese. Bake for 12 minutes. Serve topped with salsa.
