Tahini And
Cumin Dip
1 Cup Tahini
2 Cloves Garlic -- finely
chopped
1 Lemon Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Seed
1 Tablespoon Parsley -- finely
chopped
Put tahini in a bowl and whisk
until smooth. Stir in garlic and lemon juice. Add water slowly,
while whisking until dip is a consistency to your liking. Stir in
ground cumin, sprinkle with cumin seed and parsley. Serve with pita
bread for dipping. |
