Palm Heart Pie
2 Cans Palm Hearts -- Chopped
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Large Onion -- Chopped
Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
2 Large Eggs -- Beaten
1/4 Cup Parsley -- Chopped
2 Medium Pie Crust
Saute onion in oil for 10
minutes. Add palm hearts, saute 3 minutes. Add remaining
ingredients, MIx well and cook until egg sets. Spoon into pie crust,
top with other pie crust, vent and bake at 400 degrees for 20
minutes or until lightly browned.
