Rice With Beef And Onions

  • 2 Cups Cooked Rice
  • 4 Ounces Beef -- sliced
  • 1 Large Onion -- chopped
  • 2 Teaspoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Scallion -- minced
  • Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds -- toasted & ground
  • 2 Teaspoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 Teaspoons Water
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Chili Sauce
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sugar

Combine sauce ingredients (everything after the sesame seeds) in a measuring cup and stir to blend. Saute the onion, scallion, and meat until beef is done. Add salt, pour on the sauce and mix well. Sprinkle with sesame seends. Pour over rice and serve.
