Red Snapper
With Oranges
4 Large Red Snapper -- Fillets
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Bunch Parsley -- Chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Large Orange --
Sliced
Place fish in large baking pan,
dot with butter, sprinkle with parsley and pepper, cover in orange
slices. bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake
until fish flakes. |
