Quinoa Bread

  • 2 1/4 Teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
  • 2 1/4 Cups Bread Flour
  • 1 Cup Quinoa -- cooked
  • 2 Tablespoons Quinoa -- cooked
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Walnuts -- chopped
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • Add all ingredients according to your baking machine manual. Process on bread cycle.
