Pasta With
Sage Sauce
- 2 Cloves Garlic -- finely
chopped
- 1 Ounce Olive Oil
- 20 Leaves Sage -- finely
chopped
- 12 Ounces Wide Paste -- any
kind
- 1 Ounce Unsalted Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Broth
- 4 Tablespoons Parsley --
finely chopped
Process garlic, olive oil and
sage in blender until you have a light green sauce. Cook pasta as
directed. Toss with pasta with butter, broth and sage sauce. Serve
sprinkled with parsley. |
