Pasta With Sage Sauce

  • 2 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
  • 1 Ounce Olive Oil
  • 20 Leaves Sage -- finely chopped
  • 12 Ounces Wide Paste -- any kind
  • 1 Ounce Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Broth
  • 4 Tablespoons Parsley -- finely chopped

Process garlic, olive oil and sage in blender until you have a light green sauce. Cook pasta as directed. Toss with pasta with butter, broth and sage sauce. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
