Macadamia Nut Crusted Mahimahi (Hawaii)

  • 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 Cup Macadamia Nuts -- Finely Chopped
  • 4 Large Mahimahi Fillets
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
  • 4 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1 Large Egg -- Beaten
  • Oil -- For Sauting
  • Combine bread crumbs and nuts in bowl. Season fish with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour, then in egg, then into bread mixture. Saute fish in oil for 4 minutes per side and serve
