Macadamia
Nut Crusted Mahimahi (Hawaii)
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
1/2 Cup Macadamia Nuts --
Finely Chopped
4 Large Mahimahi Fillets
Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
4 Tablespoons Flour
1 Large Egg -- Beaten
Oil -- For Sauting
Combine bread crumbs and nuts in
bowl. Season fish with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour, then in
egg, then into bread mixture. Saute fish in oil for 4 minutes per
side and serve |
