Onion Wine Broth  

  • 2 Cups White Wine
  • 5 Cups Chicken Stock
  • 2 Teaspoons Dill
  • 1 Teaspoon Savory
  • 2 Medium Carrot -- Chopped
  • 6 Medium Onion -- Chopped
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste

Add all ingredients to a soup pan. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Serve or puree and serve.
