Onion Wine
Broth
- 2 Cups White Wine
- 5 Cups Chicken Stock
- 2 Teaspoons Dill
- 1 Teaspoon Savory
- 2 Medium Carrot -- Chopped
- 6 Medium Onion -- Chopped
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
Add all ingredients to a soup
pan. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Serve or puree and serve.
