2 Teaspoons Paprika
2 Teaspoons Dried Pasilla
Chilies -- ground
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Cumin
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon Ground Ancho Peppers
1 Teaspoon Dried Tarragon
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Allspice
1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon White Pepper
2 Bay Leaves
4 Medium Mirlatons
1 Pound Lean Ground Beef
2 Teaspoons Olive Oil
2 Large Onions -- chopped
2 Medium Bell Pepper -- chopped
1/2 Pound Feta Cheese --
crumbled
1/4 Cup Corn Meal
4 Medium Jalapeno -- chopped
1/2 Pound Farmer's Cheese --

Cobine seasoning mix ingredients
in a small bowl. Boil miritons until tender, about 30 minutes. Cut
in half, remove seeds, dice. Mix groudn beef with 2 tablespoons of
seasoning mix. Preheat oven to 350*. Heat oil in pot 4 minutes. Add
beef and cook unitl nicely browned, about 8 minutes. Add onions,
bell peppers, mirlitonjs and remainign seasoning mix. Cook 20
minutes. Stir in fta and corn meal. Cover and cook 3 mintues.
Transfer to 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle jalapenos over dish. Top with
farmer's cheese. Bake until godlen brown, 25 mintues.
