Marinated
Fried Fish
1 Pound White Fish -- cut up
Flour -- for coating
Oil -- for deep-frying
3 Cloves Garlic
Oregano
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup White Wine Vinegar
1/4 Cup Water
Marinate fish 2 hours. Then
drain, dry, dip in flour and deep fry.
