Marinated Fried Fish

  • 1 Pound White Fish -- cut up
  • Flour -- for coating
  • Oil -- for deep-frying
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • Oregano
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Cup White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • Marinate fish 2 hours. Then drain, dry, dip in flour and deep fry.
