Marinated Artichoke Hearts & Mushrooms

  • 1 Jar Marinated Artichoke Hearts
  • 1/2 Pound Mushrooms -- whole
  • 1/2 Cup Italian Salad Dressing
  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley -- chopped
  • Or
  • 2 Tablespoons Dill -- chopped
  • 1. Empty artichokes & liquid into bowl.
    2. Add mushrooms and dressing.
    3. Toss to coat mushrooms.
    4. Top with herbs, allow to sit refrigerated for 1/2 hour.
    5. Serve cold.
